Over the past 8 weeks, I have been able to ease into the NP role as I worked through the iHuman assignments, the repetitive studying for my physical examination video, and attending the immersion skills trip in St. Charles, Illinois. I am able to expand on my current knowledge, and grow as a future NP. These assignments were time-consuming, and required intense studying. The iHuman assignments helped me diagnose, and create specific management plans that included patient education, treatment, and follow-up. The physical assessment video, was repetitive, but practice makes perfect, which I have a long ways to go. I was able to build from my present nursing role into the NP role, with the different assessments, and exams. The immersion skills week
